Allow SVG upload without plugin

Goals:

You can upload image svg without using plugin.

You can follow this step:

• First, open your project then go to WP-ADMIN

• Then you can open APPEARANCE > THEME FILE EDITOR > CHOOSE FILE FUNCTION.PHP > ENTER THE CODE (YOU CAN PASTE CODE BELOW) > SAVE
